This should be the first message someone sees when they visit your website—what problem are you solving for them? Are you taking care of the house hunting? Managing taxes so they don’t have to? Making dinner? Say it loud and clear! That way your customer knows exactly what they are there for.
Photography
Stock images can be beautiful, but they don’t say anything about you or your brand. Use custom photography to communicate your mission and make connections with your customers. Show your face, your products, or your community. Make sure the photos aren’t blurry, dark, or grainy.
Navigation
If your customer has to spend 10 minutes looking for what they need, they probably won’t stick around. Make sure your menu is easy to find and your pages are easy to navigate. Clarity is key!
